Who we are, what we do, and how we help UK pensioners
Summit Benefits is a trading name of Financial Benefit Consultants Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 16132991), incorporated in December 2024. Our registered office is The Union Building, 51–59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.
We are a commercial benefits information and claims-assistance service. We are not the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HMRC, or any other government body, and we have no affiliation with them.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of UK pensioners miss out on benefits they are legally entitled to — often simply because the system does not tell them what is available, or because the eligibility rules are hard to navigate. Summit Benefits exists to close that gap. We offer:
Our initial check and consultation are always free and come with no obligation. If you later choose to use a paid claims-support service, we always agree a clear, written quote before any charge applies.
Seven quick questions about your age, income, savings, housing and health give us enough to produce a personalised, indicative estimate.
At a time you choose, one of our advisers talks through your full entitlements and answers your questions — no forms, no pressure.
If you decide to proceed, we help you prepare what's needed. You deal directly with the DWP or your local council — we make sure you get it right first time.
Summit Benefits provides benefits information and claims assistance only. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not give regulated financial advice on investments, pensions, insurance or mortgages. Benefits entitlement assistance is not a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Full details are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
