We do not collect National Insurance numbers, bank details, or sensitive health records. Quiz health questions are used only to estimate benefit eligibility and are not clinical data.
Special category data (UK GDPR Article 9): The benefits checker quiz asks about health conditions and caring responsibilities. These answers are processed entirely within your browser (JavaScript) and are never transmitted to our servers. Only a numeric monetary estimate derived from your answers is submitted if you complete the consultation request form. We therefore do not store or process special category health data.
Lead submissions are stored in a password-protected file on our server. This file is not publicly accessible. We retain consultation data for up to 3 years for record-keeping and to comply with potential complaints.
Quiz answers are processed in your browser only (JavaScript) and are not stored on our servers unless you submit the consultation request form.
We store your cookie consent preference (sb_cookie_consent) in your browser's localStorage. No cookies are set by us without your consent.
Taboola, Inc., 16 Madison Square West, New York, NY 10010, USA. Their conversion tracking script loads only if you click "Accept all". It records that a form submission occurred — we do not share your name or contact details with Taboola.

When you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, we may call you to discuss your benefit entitlements. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), we are permitted to make such calls where you have provided explicit prior consent — which you do by submitting the consultation request form and ticking the consent checkbox.
Your explicit consent overrides the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) register for the specific purpose stated. We do not make unsolicited calls to numbers registered with TPS without prior consent.
